Parent Line NSW

Parents and carers of children and young people aged 0–18 can speak confidentially with a qualified counsellor about development, behaviour, disability, separation, anxiety or parenting pressures. This free statewide service may also suggest suitable referrals. Call 1300 1300 52 from 9.00 am–9.00 pm on weekdays or 4.00 pm–9.00 pm on weekends; an online email form is available.

Karitane

Karitane provides free early parenting support across NSW, including virtual services that Bundeena families can access from home.
